Cleveland Park is one of the most storied neighborhoods in the District, comprised of varying residential densities supported by a wide range of shops, restaurants, libraries and other services. The Uptown Theater, The National Zoological Park and Rock Creek Park are within blocks of our front door. The area is designed for pedestrians and public transporation access. All of our staff rely on the bus lines or the Metro's red line station, located only steps out our front door, to get to and from the office. We are highly involved in the community development and our staff has served on the Cleveland Park Historical Society. Our location allows us participate in the growth of the neighborhood and even consult on local architectural approvals.
